When you place an order with wwdshop you will receive an immediate confirmation email from wwdshop@ivslimited.com prior to your order being processed. We will charge your credit card at the time of ordering and will dispatch the order within 21 days.

Please note that some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Any such adjustment will be communicated to you prior to dispatching your order. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.

USA Delivery Addresses

Delivery will be made using FedEx Ground Service only to customers in the US, Hawaii and Alaska area. Customers will need to provide a daytime delivery address such as a work address and a contact phone number including the area code. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful additional delivery charges may apply. Please note that we are unable to accept orders to P.O. Box numbers.

Freight is based on the total dollar value of the items chosen. Orders are fully insured up to the point of delivery by the courier service.
